The threat that most unsettles the criminal U.S. ruling class is not the threat of Iran or the threat of terrorism, but the threat of a second American revolution, triggered by the political awakening of the American people.

The murderous and traitorous owners of Homeland Security Fascism who staged the tragic 9/11 events know very well that the political awakening of the American people represents the biggest threat to their existence. The growing public awareness of deceptions and crimes by the bankster dominated U.S. government is causing a volcanic political and psychological rift between the American people and the globalist oligarchs.

The rift is exposing a systemic crisis within American society, which has come about after decades of acts of injustice, murder, treason, and state terrorism against the American people by the hijacked American government.

There’s no way to put the genie of revolution and restoration back in the bottle of stability and security. The U.S. ruling class cannot crush and kill the rebirth of the American spirit of liberty because the people are wide awake now, unlike in the 1960s when JFK, RFK, and MLK were taken from America by the terrorists in the CIA/FBI.

But the cannibalistic U.S. ruling class is not impotent and weak. It is trying everything in its power to revive the credibility of the war on terror, convince the American people that conspiracy theorists are wrong, and keep their illegal monopoly over money creation, the media, and the political process.

The banking oligarchs and war lobbies think they can secure their control over the domestic agenda in America as well as the global agenda by engineering a war with Iran through false flag terrorism.

On Wednesday, February 1, 2012, Tony Cartalucci warned that the war criminals in the U.S. and Israel will stage a false flag attack on American soil to demonize Iran in his article, “US Intel Director Prepares Public for False Flag Event.” Cartalucci wrote:

Iran has nothing to gain and everything to lose by attacking the United States. US policy makers have expressed a documented desire to provoke the Iranians into a war the Islamic Republic is clearly trying to avoid. The United States government is on record funding, arming, and training terrorist organizations (LIFG & MEK) on it’s own “foreign terrorist organization” list,a violation of their own anti-terrorism laws. They have failed categorically to provide convincing evidence regarding the alleged “Iranian-Saudi assassination plot,” more over, the evidence suggests it is instead, the latest in a long string of contrived federal entrapment cases. If an attack occurs on US soil or against US allies in the near future under these circumstances, it is most likely Clapper, General Petraeus at the CIA, and Israel’s Mossad that will be to blame.

Others in the global alternative media have raised similar red flags,thereby letting the war criminals in Washington and Tel Aviv know that they are on notice.

On Saturday, February 4, 2012, Kurt Nimmo wrote in his article,“U.S. and Israel Set Stage for False Flag and Iran Attack,” that the leaders in the U.S. and Israel have unleashed a stream of propaganda to mentally condition the American people in preparation for a false flag attack in the near future that will be pinned on Iran. Nimmo said:

Officialdom in the United States and Israel have issued a warning about an Iranian “threat stream” against Israeli “soft targets” in America.

The warning arrives several days after Obama’s intelligence boss James Clapper said Iran may strike inside the United States,

“We predict that the threat on our sites around the world will increase… on both our guarded sites and ‘soft’ sites,” states a letter sent out by the head of security for the Israeli Consul General for the Mid-Atlantic States.

Guarded sites are Israeli government facilities like embassies while soft sites are Jewish synagogues, schools, and community centers.

Yoram Cohen, the head of Israel’s security service Shin Bet, said recently that Iran’s Revolutionary Guard will attack Israeli and Jewish targets abroad in response to the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists.

The intensifying rhetoric of war from Washington and Tel Aviv is based on pure paranoia and propaganda and driven by a desire to wipe Iran off of the Middle Eastern map. All the talk from Israel about the Iranian threat to its existence and security is a clever attempt to hide the reality that it is actually Israel and the United States that are waging war against Iran.

The war criminals in the U.S. and Israel need a war with Iran because they can’t deal with their internal political and economic crises. They have destroyed their own countries by letting the plutocratic banksters run wild with the people’s money, and now they are busy creating a new excuse of a wartime crisis to further consolidate power at the global level and crush democratic dissent.

Starting a war with Iran based on an illegitimate and fraudulent act of false flag terrorism is the best way to distract public attention from their years of corruption and from their criminal plan to dominate the world through force and fraud.

Once the war with Iran gets fully underway, FEMA, Homeland Security, and the hijacked American military will serve as the essential entities in the globalists’ total takeover of America. These hijacked instruments of power are tasked with aggressively suppressing legitimate domestic dissent, popular uprisings, general strikes, patriotic mass protests, reform movements, urban riots, outbreaks of mob violence, rising homelessness, starvation, etc.

But FEMA, Homeland Security, and the hijacked American military will fail in trying to suppress the American people’s quest for freedom and justice, just as the U.S. and Israel are failing to destroy the spirit of resistance in the Middle East. These tyrants will fall because history is not on their side. The force of history is with the truth.

The truth about the 9/11 attacks and the illegal war on terror is slowly beginning to reassert its divine power in the consciousness of mankind. No amount of political suppression can stop the truth of history from surfacing to the global public mind.

In America and the West, conspiracy theorists and 9/11 truth-tellers have already been vindicated. The overwhelming government support for tyrannical laws like the NDAA, which specifically say law abiding American citizens are the targets of the government’s fascist counter-terrorism policies, is a sign of fear and failure.

Using government force to suppress the people and maintain the corrupt status quo is a stab in the dark. The shadow state terrorists and vicious tyrants in Washington and Tel Aviv better regroup and rethink.

This won’t end well for them.

They have already fallen, but they have not yet reached the bottom of hell where the ghosts of history’s tyrants are waiting to greet them.

Fight over bailout of insurance company that complies with Islamic law

The decision from a federal judge who suggested $153 million of U.S. taxpayer money spent supporting Islamic Shariah really isn’t anything worth mentioning has been appealed to the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and oral arguments have been scheduled April 20 in Cincinnati.

The case was filed against Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and others and is over the nation’s bailout with taxpayer money of AIG insurance, which operates multiple companies promoting Shariah-complaint insurance products, the same Shariah that serves as Islamic religious law and calls for cutting hands off thieves and execution for leaving Islam.

The specific lawsuit was filed on behalf of taxpayer Kevin J. Murray over the bailout, which has involved billions of taxpayer dollars. It’s being handled by Robert Muise and David Yerushalmi of the American Freedom Law Center.

At the district court level, the case was dismissed by U.S. District Judge Lawrence Zatkoff, who ruled that the case needed yet to prove that “the diverted funds were not de minimus in relation to the total amount…”

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines de minimus as “so minor as to merit disregard,” but the plaintiffs attorneys noted in their appeal brief that “even the district court had to concede that after cash-strapped AIG received billions of dollars in taxpayer money … it provided two of its SCF [Shariah-compliant} subsidiaries with at least $153 million.”

The lawsuit alleges that the U.S. government’s takeover and financial bailout of AIG was in violation of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.

According to the legal team, “Specifically, at the time of the government bailout (beginning in September 2008 and continuing to the present), AIG was (and still is) the world leader in promoting Shariah-compliant insurance products. Shariah is Islamic law, and it is the identical legal doctrine that demands capital punishment for apostasy and blasphemy and provides the legal and political mandates for global jihad followed religiously by the world’s Muslim terrorists.”

The legal team is arguing that, “By propping up AIG with taxpayer funds, the U.S. government is directly and indirectly promoting Islam and, more troubling, Shariah.”

“What makes this case all the more egregious is that this doctrine – Shariah – also
happens to be the underlying legal and military doctrine animating jihad against the West by Muslims from the Middle East, Asia, Russia, Africa, and even right here at home, as evidenced by the tragic Fort Hood massacre,” the lawyers argue. “Each and every one of the domestic and foreign jihad terrorists has proclaimed allegiance to Shariah and its call for ‘jihad against apostates and infidels.’”

According to American Freedom Law Center’s investigation, AIG has five subsidiaries that promote and practice Shariah in Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Bahrain and the United States.

Those companies hire Muslims to tell them how to meet the demands of Shariah, and the U.S. government has placed no controls over the billions of dollars in taxpayer money delivered to AIG.

Further, the case reports that the U.S. Treasury Department has created and staffed a position called the Islamic Finance Scholar-in-Residence, published presentations by senior Treasury Department officials praising Shariah-compliant finance and stated explicitly that the U.S. government ‘places significant importance on promoting … Islamic finance’ and has ‘recently deepened our engagement in Islamic finance in a number of ways,’ including a ‘call for harmonization of Shariah standards at the national and international levels’”

It was after the AIG bailout when the Treasury Department held a half-day conference called “Islamic Finance 101″ for governmental policy makers
which was in effect a cheerleading program to promote Shariah and Shariah-compliant
finance.

“It is one thing that our government felt compelled to bail out AIG
after its fortunes were destroyed due to the company’s own recklessness and bad acts. It is quite another thing to use U.S. taxpayer dollars to promote and support AIG’s Shariah businesses – all of which don’t just sell Shariah products to the Muslim world, but actively promote Shariah as the best, most ethical way of life. Indeed, the Shariah authorities relied upon by AIG’s Shariah Supervisory Committees actively promote violent jihad,” Yerushalmi said.

After discovery in the case, which revealed the details of AIG’s Islamic promotion, the government argued – and the judge eventually agreed – that the hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars used for the purpose simply didn’t matter.

In the lawsuit Murray, a veteran of the U.S. military, alleges he is being forced to contribute to the propagation of Islamic beliefs and practices predicated upon Islamic law, which he says is hostile to his Christian religion.

In the appeal brief, Muise and Yerushalmi argue that the government has claimed that Shariah-compliant financing “has absolutely nothing to do with religion, and on the other hand, they claim that it only involves the study about religion.”

“They continued, “The inescapable fact is that SCF is all about religious indoctrination .The record is clear and undisputed: SCF is an activity … that is strictly guided by Shariah, which AIG itself describes as ‘Islamic law based on Quran (sic) and the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH)’ (‘PBUH’ is an acronym for ‘Peace Be Upon Him’ – a religious expression used by some Muslims (notably, Shariah-adherent Muslims) to refer to Mohammed, their prophet.”

They said that defendants already had conceded that AIG is “fully engaged in religious indoctrination…”

“The federal government’s use of taxpayer funds to endorse and promote SCF and its entwinement, symbiotic relationship, and excessive entanglement with the very company (AIG) that is publicly known as the market leader in SCF constitute activity that is ‘sufficiently likely to be perceived’ by a reasonable taxpayer as a violation of the Establishment Clause.”

The law team continued, “This is particularly true, when, as here, the federal government owns and controls AIG and yet refuses to place any safeguards on the expenditure of federal tax funds to ensure compliances with the Constitution, knowing that AIG and its subsidiaries, which rely on funding from AIG, engage in this religious indoctrination.”

They pointed out that James Madison, the principal author of the First Amendment, once objected to “three pence” being used by the government to promote religion.”

There are many things obvious to ordinary Americans that cannot be mentioned publicly in the polite political company of the Republican and Democratic establishments or among their press agents in the mainstream media, who obligingly pirouette around the truth.

For example, both the Republican and Democratic establishments are composed of hopelessly corrupt, procrastinating control freaks, who seek fame and fortune through over-spending money they didn’t earn and enthusiastically crushing any spontaneous outbreaks of democracy among U.S. citizens, for example, the Tea Party.

Thomas Jefferson warned us of the danger of “elective despotism:”

“They should look forward to a time, and that not a distant one, when a corruption in this, as in the country from which we derive our origin, will have seized the heads of government, and be spread by them through the body of the people; when they will purchase the voices of the people, and make them pay the price. Human nature is the same on every side of the Atlantic, and will be alike influenced by the same causes. The time to guard against corruption and tyranny, is before they shall have gotten hold of us. It is better to keep the wolf out of the fold, than to trust to drawing his teeth and talons after he shall have entered.”

Unfortunately, the wolf is already in the fold.

Taking the rhetoric up a notch from Jefferson, Israeli historian J. L. Talmon coined the term “totalitarian democracy,” a political system in which lawfully elected representatives rule a nation state whose citizens, although granted the right to vote, have little or no participation in the decision-making process of government.

If you do not think the United States has become an elective despotism, think again.

One of the most honest and courageous members of Congress in decades, Rep. Allen West (R-FL), is about to become a sacrificial lamb of the collusion between the Republican and Democratic establishments in the state of Florida.

And what is West’s crime? He is an independent thinker and a rising star of the Tea Party movement.

The Republican establishment hates the Tea Party because it has the audacity to suggest that American citizens should have a voice in their government.

Led by Mitt Romney’s spokesman, Representative Will Weatherford, the Republican legislature in Florida is about to push through a re-districting plan, which would redraw the boundaries of Allen West’s 22nd Congressional District to include far more registered Democrats and put West at an even larger disadvantage than he was previously.

Under elective despotism, the government is transformed from one based on traditional values, articles of faith and the support of individual liberty into one in which social utility and political expediency take absolute precedence.

Having no allegiance to the principles upon which America was founded, Barack Obama, aided and abetted by the political establishments and the mainstream media, is in the process of dismantling our Constitution and fulfilling his promise to radically transform the country.

In his State of the Union address, President Obama did not present a plan for restoring America, he left a suicide note. Obama, the Democrats and their allies in the mainstream media are in the final stages of a self-destruct sequence, while the Republican establishment passively sits by America’s deathbed watching President Kevorkian deliver the poison.

Mitt Romney, the chosen one intended to bring balance to the Republican Force, touts his business experience as a credential for the presidency. Unfortunately, political, not business decisions are made in Washington, D.C., and those decisions are no longer constrained by the Constitution and the rule of law.

It is corruption of our political system, not just financial corruption that is the single, most important issue of the 2012 election.

The arrogance of political establishment has only gotten more brazen since 1993, when Lewis H. Lapham (“A Wish for Kings”) wrote:

“The politicians dress up the deals in the language of law or policy, but they’re in the business of brokering the tax revenue, and what keeps them in office is not their talent for oratory but their skill at redistributing the national income in a way that rewards their clients, patrons, friends and campaign contributors.”

Examples of the corrupt status quo:

- More than 50 percent of the members of the U.S. Congress are millionaires.

- The median wealth of a U.S. Senator in 2009 was 2.38 million dollars.

- Insider trading is legal for members of the U.S. Congress — and they refuse to pass a law that would change that.

- The percentage of millionaires in Congress is more than 50 times higher than the percentage of millionaires in the general population.

Regarding the crisis of our current national debt, put simply, unconstrained spending by the government is the product of unconstrained corruption in the government.

Here is another political heresy: the emperor has no college records.

Yes, I have the temerity to believe that Barack Hussein Obama should be thoroughly vetted before the 2012 election.

We know far more details about Gingrich’s marriages, Romney’s mutual funds, Paul’s prehistoric newsletters and the voting block made up of Santorum’s children than a bare minimum of facts that we need to know about the current Occupier of the Oval Office.

The time has come for the American people to commit political blasphemy by showing a healthy irreverence towards the political establishment and the status quo.

Darrell Issa threatens Eric Holder with contempt

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) threatened Tuesday to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress if the Justice Department did not provide certain documents in response to the committee’s subpoena.

In a letter to Holder, Issa wrote that “this committee will have no alternative but to move forward with proceedings to hold you in contempt of Congress” if Holder and the DOJ didn’t produce documents they demanded relating to the Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal

Holder has until Thursday, Feb. 9. to comply, according to Issa.

Issa accused the Justice Department of trying to “obstruct our investigation and deceive the public” by withholding documents.

“Your actions lead us to conclude that the department is actively engaged in a cover-up,” he said in a four-page letter.

The California Republican pointed to a document that the DOJ released last Friday, which indicated that Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer had promoted gun-walking to Mexico on the same day that Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich wrote to Congress denying that the DOJ had allowed guns to walk.

“It is inconceivable that the Department just became aware of this highly damaging document,” writes Issa, pointing out that the Oversight Committee had originally issued a subpoena on Oct. 12, 2011.

Issa outlines certain documents which the DOJ has which has not been provided to the Oversight Committee, and demands their release to the committee by Feb. 9 at 5 p.m.

“The department has worked with the committee over the last year providing numerous witnesses for interviews, officials for testimony at hearings and thousands of pages of documents and we will continue to do so,” a DOJ official told POLITICO in response to the letter.

The chairman had previously threatened to hold Holder in contempt of Congress in a December Judiciary Committee hearing, for similar reasons, but this is the first time that Issa has formalized it in a letter.

Holder is scheduled to testify before the House Oversight Committee on Thursday, his sixth appearance before Congress regarding Fast and Furious in the past year.

The Democrats on the Oversight Committee have begun laying the groundwork for their strategy, and released a document Monday highlighting the fact that gun-walking had been used as far back as 2006, and was used in three previous investigations before Fast and Furious.

Under the Fast and Furious program, weapons were allowed to be illegally purchased in hopes of tracking gun traffickers and drug cartel leaders. But the ATF, which operates within the DoJ, lost track of these firearms, and many were allowed to cross into Mexico.

Firearms linked to the operation were later found to have been involved in the December 2010 shooting death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, bringing the operation to public attention

Grassley says Obama is behaving dictatorially, ‘usurping legislative powers’

Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley accused President Obama of dictatorial behavior in a floor statement Thursday, saying that his recess appointments were not the first acts he has taken to circumvent the constitutional system of checks and balances.

“President Obama’s decision to bypass the constitutional advice and consent of the Senate is not an isolated incident,” Grassley said, according to prepared remarks. “It is merely the latest escalation in a pattern of contempt for the elected representatives of the American people and the constitutional separation of powers.”

Obama appointed Richard Cordray as the director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau while the Senate was in recess, after the Senate indicated that they would not confirm his nomination.

Grassley accused the president of “usurping legislative powers” by overriding and working around Congress when possible. This, Grassley argues, is in violation of the Constitution.

“Having had their rights violated by a king, our Founding Fathers intentionally put the power to make laws in the branch of government that is most directly accountable to the citizens,” the Iowa senator said.

Grassley pointed to Obama’s appointment of “czars” in issue areas, whom he said tread on the role of Congress, Obama’s “unilateral pursuit of climate change” and his use of the “Race to the Top” program, which Grassley said allowed him to impose the federal government’s rules on the states.

“On the other hand, when Congress has passed legislation the President doesn’t entirely agree with, he has announced, while signing them into law, that he won’t implement the parts he doesn’t like,” Grassley said. For example, Obama instructed the Department of Justice to not appeal court rulings against certain portions of the Defense of Marriage Act.

Congress, Grassley said, needed to stop the president’s usurpation before it was too late.

“The more President Obama has gotten away with these little power grabs, the bolder he has become. Congress has not been effective in fighting this executive encroachment because Congress is not of one mind,” Grassley said. “Members of the President’s party are understandably reluctant to oppose him publicly. However, with this latest escalation, the time has come for Congress, on a bipartisan basis, to say ‘Enough is enough.’”

“I would ask my colleagues on the other side of the aisle to think hard about the precedent being set for the next Republican president,” Grassley warned. “Once the genie is out of the bottle, you are not likely to be able to get it back in.”

Media Blackout in Obama Georgia Ballot Eligibility Case

Last week, I noted that Obama turned his back not just on Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer, but also on the laws of the State of Georgia. I closed my column, “Georgia Ballot Challenge: Obama Walks on By,” with the observation: “And most of the media has followed along right behind him.” At the time, I had just witnessed an historic hearing that actually discussed the eligibility of the sitting president of the United States to run for a second term. The president had been subpoenaed to appear, and instead of his attorney respectfully following protocol to have that subpoena recalled, both Obama and his attorney, Michael Jablonski, simply failed to show up at all or offer any defense whatsoever. Isn’t there a headline in there somewhere? The hearing proceeded as planned, even though the table for the defense was empty. Attorneys Van Irion and J. Mark Hatfield presented their cases first and offered compelling arguments — not regarding Obama’s birthplace, but rather that the non-U.S. citizenship of Obama’s father precluded Obama’s “natural born” eligibility under the Constitution and existing Supreme Court precedent. Attorney Orly Taitz, however, did present interesting evidence that questioned the validity of Obama’s birth certificate and questions surrounding his Social Security number. When the hearing ended, the media in attendance almost literally pounced on Taitz. Irion and Hatfield and their clients had left the premises earlier, while Taitz was still presenting her case; however, Irion asserted to me that not one member of the press stopped them on their way out. Doubtless the media did not want to discuss the law — they’d rather write their usual stories on the birth certificate and interview the one they’ve dubbed the “birther queen.” Attorney Taitz handled herself well, even though the press taunted her with rudeness and leading questions she has doubtless experienced many times. After the reporters finished letting Taitz feel the full extent of their contempt for both her and the entire morning’s event, they packed up to leave. I walked up to one particular reporter from one of the prominent mainstream entities, noting that he seemed frustrated that he didn’t get a clear answer from Taitz to one of his questions, and I informed him that I did know the exact answer, if he’d like to hear more about it. He said no, he didn’t. I asked then, wasn’t he a reporter, and why did he ask the question if he didn’t want the answer? And as I was speaking, he turned and walked away from me. The same thing happened with another reporter from another major network. He had asked Taitz why no one cared that there were past presidents who had fathers not born in the country. I explained to him that it was not the place of birth of the presidents’ fathers that was the issue, but rather the status of their citizenship at the time of their sons’ births. The reporter scoffed and told me that that was just my opinion, but when I attempted to inform him that it was also the opinion of the Supreme Court, he turned and walked away from me while I was in mid-sentence. Does this behavior seem familiar? Even though I saw reporters from every major network on the scene, the actual reporting of the event was scant — primarily only in blogs or local news. Google “Georgia Ballot Challenge” and note the non-mainstream coverage of the event. Rachel Maddow must not have gotten the memo, though, because she dedicated a full 8 minutes of her January 26 show to telling her viewers why they should “feel almost duty-bound as a patriot to ignore” the hearing and not to “dignify this nonsense or elevate it by paying it any attention.” Not only were none of the legal points addressed in the hearings brought up by Maddow, but Maddow excused the extraordinary fact that Obama and his counsel, instead of respecting the law, had simply snubbed it, calling the case “ridiculous.” As Sunny of Sunny TV points out in this hilarious but uncomfortably true video, “Tyranny is as Tyranny Does”; “[l]et’s just hope the next President is just as benevolent as Obama because they could really use that power for bad.” At the end of the clip, as Sunny pretends she is Obama, issuing orders right and left, she points to her crown and says: “This makes me in charge.” As Teri O’Brien noted in her interview discussing Obama’s penchant for walking away from those with whom he disagrees, “[g]ods don’t debate. They issue decrees.” Attorney Irion, in this follow-up letter from his Liberty Legal Foundation, pointed out: “Yesterday President Obama completely ignored a court subpoena, and the world shrugged.” Yes, Obama shrugged, and the media has shrugged along. Irion further noted: Obama’s behavior yesterday is even more disturbing than Nixon’s. Nixon at least respected the judicial branch enough to have his attorneys show up in court and follow procedure[.] … Nixon acknowledged the authority of the judicial branch even while he fought it. Obama, on the other hand, essentially said yesterday that the judicial branch has no power over him. He ordered his attorneys to stay away from the hearing. He didn’t petition a higher court in a legitimate attempt to stay the hearing[.] … Rather than respecting the legal process, Obama went around the courts and tried to put political pressure directly on the Georgia Secretary of State. When that failed, he simply ignored the judicial branch completely. It is disconcerting to see that the president, whose primary duty is to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, has turned his back on the rule of law of one of those states. White House Schedule Shows No Entries Until 1:00 PM

(Jan. 29, 2012) – Barack Hussein Obama’s Georgia counsel, Michael Jablonski, had stated that it was “unreasonable¹” to expect Obama to attend the ballot challenge hearing in Atlanta on January 26 at 9:00 a.m. ET.

The White House has been posting Obama’s activities day by day this week², and the schedule now reflects that his schedule was open on Thursday morning. However, The Post & Email has been told by a source that Obama watched the entire hearing remotely. Is that why his morning schedule was open?

At the beginning of this week, the presidential schedule was devoid of entries³. Various external reports were published each morning stating that he planned a trip to the West beginning on Wednesday following his State of the Union address. Currently, the schedule shows⁴ that he spent time in Nevada on Thursday and then flew to Michigan for an address on Friday morning.

During the early afternoon hours on Friday, Obama went to Cambridge, MD and was scheduled to return to the White House at 3:00 p.m. for a 3:30 meeting with Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton⁵. The meeting was closed to the press⁶.

What was the purpose of Obama’s trip? None of his stops appears to have been a campaign event. What was achieved as a result of his travels at great taxpayer expense?

There is nothing posted³ on Obama’s schedule for next week, either.

In an article dated January 28, 2012 due to the time zone difference, the UK Telegraph has reported that Hillary Clinton intends to leave her post⁷as Secretary of State to retire to teaching, reading and “private life” before the end of Obama’s term. However, Hillary is reportedly polling ahead⁷ of Obama in a hypothetical presidential bid for 2012.

Is Barack Obama resigning? What was discussed at the meeting with Clinton and Biden?

On Wednesday evening, the Los Angeles Police Department and “military” carried out^“multi-agency tactical exercises” reportedly to “ensure the military’s ability to operate in urban environments.”⁸

Is the U.S. preparing for martial law or some other unusual event? Is the country preparing for “riots in the streets?”

Were the training exercises part of a plan to instill martial law⁹in the United States upon Obama’s order, to prepare for civil unrest in the wake of an Obama resignation, or for some other reason?

Does Obama now have “absolute power¹⁰,” or is he losing command absolutely? Does he appear to be seriously campaigning for re-election? What did he discuss with Biden and Hillary Clinton?

Did the ballot challenge hearing yesterday cause a shift in the paradigm that the “first black president” was untouchable by the rule of law? And is his pick for Attorney General, Eric Holder, about to be ousted¹¹following his scheduled testimony¹² to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on February 2?

Obama¹³ and Holder¹⁴ have both been involved with Project VOTE, an affiliate of ACORN, which has been found guilty of collecting fraudulent voter registration signatures.

How much fraud was perpetrated by Obama and Holder in keeping Obama’s secrets from the American public?

If Holder is forced to resign, who will protect Obama?

Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of Justice dumped documents related to Operation Fast and Furious on congressional officials late Friday night. Central to this document dump is a series of emails showing Holder was informed of slain Border Patrol agent Brian Terry’s murder on the day it happened – December 15, 2010.

An email from one official, whose name has been redacted from the document, to now-former Arizona U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke reads: “On December 14, 2010, a BORTAC agent working in the Nogales, AZ AOR was shot. The agent was conducting Border Patrol operations 18 miles north of the international boundary when he encountered [redacted word] unidentified subjects. Shots were exchanged resulting in the agent being shot. At this time, the agent is being transported to an area where he can be air lifted to an emergency medical center.”

That email was sent at 2:31 a.m. on the day Terry was shot. One hour later, a follow-up email read: “Our agent has passed away.”

Burke forwarded those two emails to Holder’s then-deputy chief of staff Monty Wilkinson later that morning, adding that the incident was “not good” because it happened “18 miles w/in” the border.

Wilkinson responded to Burke shortly thereafter and said the incident was “tragic.” “I’ve alerted the AG [Holder], the Acting DAG, Lisa, etc.”

Then, later that day, Burke followed up with Wilkinson after Burke discovered from officials whose names are redacted that the guns used to kill Terry were from Fast and Furious. “The guns found in the desert near the murder BP officer connect back to the investigation we were going to talk about – they were AK-47s purchased at a Phoenix gun store,” Burke wrote to Wilkinson.

“I’ll call tomorrow,” Wilkinson responded.

Holder has faced difficult questions surrounding the question of when he was first informed of the gunwalking program. He testified in Congress that he had only learned of Fast and Furious a “few weeks” before a May 3, 2011, House Judiciary Committee appearance.

Holder has since walked back that “few weeks” comment, amending it to more of a “couple months.”

“I did say a ‘few weeks,’” Holder said during a November 8 Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, responding to a question from its chairman Vermont Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy. “I probably could’ve said ‘a couple of months.’ I didn’t think the term I said, ‘few weeks,’ was inaccurate based on what happened.”

There have also been a series of documents containing the intimate details of Fast and Furious that were sent to Holder throughout 2010 from several of his senior aides. Holder claims he did not read his memos.

Holder will be appearing before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform next Thursday, Feb. 2. Though Holder has already testified before Congress three times about matters relating to Fast and Furious — twice before the House Judiciary Committee and once before the Senate Judiciary Committee — this is the first time the House oversight committee will have an opportunity to question Holder himself.

“The Judiciary Committee has multiple issues with the Attorney General,” House oversight committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa said in an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller last week. “We have one issue: the issue of breaking the law in order to enforce the law.”

“The oversight committee is investigating the Department of Justice, which is very different than his appearances before the Judiciary Committees in which they’re asking how things are going at Justice. What we’ve discovered in our investigations is a pattern of cover-up [and] delay. Ultimately Congress was given false information and now we’ve had people both resign and take the Fifth as we try to get to the basic elements of why and how was Congress lied to.”

A total of 103 members of the House have called for Holder’s resignation or firing, expressed “no confidence” in Holder via a formal House Resolution, or both. Two sitting governors, two U.S. senators and all the major Republican presidential candidates join those 103 congressmen in not trusting Holder. Many of those who have called for Holder’s resignation have pointed out that Holder claiming that he didn’t read his memos is a sign that he’s admitting incompetence to avoid charges of corruption.

This article was updated after publication. A previous version reported Holder was informed that the weapons used to kill Terry were linked to Operation Fast & Furious. But a letter to Congress provided by the DOJ suggests only that Monty Wilkinson was made aware. That letter states Wilkinson does not recall telling Holder. Reached Sunday, a spokesperson for Holder relied only on that letter, and declined to confirm that Holder himself was not informed.

Judge Malihi shortened the time to file any post trial trial pleadings. He moved the date from February 5th to February 1. He will issue his ruling shortly thereafter. I believe, he will issue his ruling by the end of the day on February 1 or on February 2 at the latest. I believe Brian Kemp, the Secretary of State of GA, will announce on February 2 or 3rd whether Barack Hussein Obama’s name will be allowed on the ballot in the state of GA as an eligible Presidential candidate.

Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.

The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.

Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.

With the small courtroom crowded, several in attendance could be seen fanning themselves with pamphlets as they waited for the return of the attorneys and the appearance of the judge.

Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.

Over the last several weeks, Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had attempted several tactics to keep this case from moving forward. He first tried to have it dismissed, then argued that it was irrelevant to Obama. After that, Jablonski argued that a state could not, under the law, determine who would or would not be on a ballot and later, that Obama was simply too busy with the duties of office to appear.

After all these arguments were dispatched by the Georgia Court, Jablonski, in desperation, wrote to the Georgia Secretary of State attempting to place Obama above the law and declared that the case was not to he heard and neither he nor his client would participate.

Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, fired back a letter hours later telling Jablonski he was free to abandon the case and not participate but that he would do so at his and his clients peril.

Game on.

5 minutes.

10 minutes.

15 minutes with the attorneys in the judge’s chambers.

20 minutes.

It appears Jablonski is not in attendance as the attorneys return, all go to the plaintiff table 24 minutes after meeting in the judge’s chambers.

Has Obama’s attorney made good on his stated threat not to participate? Is he directly ignoring the court’s subpoena? Is he placing Obama above the law? It seems so. Were you or I subpoenaed to appear in court, would we or our attorney be allowed such action or, non action?

Certainly not.

Court is called to order.

Obama’s birth certificate is entered into evidence.

Obama’s father’s place of birth, Kenya East Africa is entered into evidence.

Pages 214 and 215 from Obama’s book, “Dreams from My Father” entered into evidence. Highlighted. This is where Obama indicates that, in 1966 or 1967 that his father’s history is mentioned. It states that his father’s passport had been revoked and he was unable to leave Kenya.

Immigration Services documents entered into evidence regarding Obama Sr.

June 27^th, 1962, is the date on those documents. Obama’s father’s status shown as a non citizen of the United States. Documents were gotten through the Freedom of Information Act.

Testimony regarding the definition of Natural Born Citizen is given citing Minor vs Happersett opinion from a Supreme Court written opinion from 1875. The attorney points out the difference between “citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” using charts and copies of the Minor vs Happersett opinion.

It is also pointed out that the 14^th Amendment does not alter the definition or supersede the meaning of Natural Born. It is pointed out that lower court rulings do not conflict with the Supreme Court opinion nor do they over rule the Supreme Court Minor vs Happersett opinion.

The point is, to be a natural born citizen, one must have 2 parents who, at the time of the birth in question, be citizens of the United States. As Obama’s father was not a citizen, the argument is that Obama, constitutionally, is ineligible to serve as President.

Judge notes that as Obama nor his attorney is present, action will be taken accordingly.

Carl Swinson takes the stand.

Testimony is presented that the SOS has agreed to hear this case, laws applicable, and that the DNC of Georgia will be on the ballot and the challenge to it by Swinson.

2^nd witness, a Mr. Powell, takes the stand and presents testimony regarding documents of challenge to Obama’s appearance on the Georgia ballot and his candidacy.

Court records of Obama’s mother and father entered into evidence.

Official certificate of nomination of Obama entered into evidence.

RNC certificate of nomination entered into evidence.

DNC language does NOT include language stating Obama is Qualified while the RNC document DOES. This shows a direct difference trying to establish that the DNC MAY possibly have known that Obama was not qualified.

Jablonski letter to Kemp yesterday entered into evidence showing their desire that these proceedings not take place and that they would not participate.

Dreams From My Father entered.

Mr. Allen from Tuscon AZ sworn in.

Disc received from Immigration and Naturalization Service entered into evidence. This disc contains information regarding the status of Obama’s father received through the Freedom of Information Act.

This information states clearly that Obama’s father was NEVER a U.S. Citizen.

At this point, the judge takes a recess.

The judge returns.

David Farrar takes the stand.

Evidence showing Obama’s book of records listing his nationality as Indoneasan. Deemed not relevant by the judge.

Orly Taitz calls 2^nd witness. Mr. Strunk.

Enters into evidence a portion of letter received from attorney showing a renewal form from Obama’s mother for her passport listing Obama’s last name something other than Obama.

State Licensed PI takes the stand.

She was hired to look into Obama’s background and found a Social Security number for him from 1977. Professional opinion given that this number was fraudulent. The number used or attached to Obama in 1977, shows that the true owner of the number was born in the 1890. This shows that the number was originally assigned to someone else who was indeed born in 1890 and should never have been used by Obama.

Same SS number came up with addresses in IL, D.C. and MA.

Next witness takes the stand.

This witness is an expert in information technology and photo shop. He testifies that the birth certificate Obama provided to the public is layered, multiple layered. This, he testifies, indicates that different parts of the certificate have been lifted from more than one original document.

Linda Jordan takes the stand.

Document entered regarding SS number assigned to Obama. SS number is not verified under E Verify. It comes back as suspected fraudulent. This is the system by which the Government verifies ones citizenship.

Next witness.

Mr. Vogt.

Expert in document imaging and scanners for 18 years.

Mr. Vogt testifies that the birth certificate, posted online by Obama, is suspicious. States white lines around all the type face is caused by “unsharp mask” in Photoshop. Testifies that any document showing this, is considered to be a fraud.

States this is a product of layering.

Mr. Vogt testifies that a straight scan of an original document would not show such layering.

Also testifies that the date stamps shown on Obama documents should not be in exact same place on various documents as they are hand stamped. Obama’s documents are all even, straight and exactly the same indicating they were NOT hand stamped by layered into the document by computer.

Next witness, Mr. Sampson a former police officer and former immigration officer specializing in immigration fraud.

Ran Obama’s SS number through database and found that the number was issued to Obama in 1977 in the state of Connecticut . Obama never resided in that state. At the time of issue, Obama was living in Hawaii.

Serial number on birth certificate is out of sequence with others issued at that hospital. Also certification is different than others and different than twins born 24 hours ahead of Obama.

Mr. Sampson also states that portion of documents regarding Mr. Sotoroe, who adopted Obama have been redacted which is highly unusual with regards to immigration records.

Suggests all records from Social Security, Immigration, Hawaii birth records be made available to see if there are criminal charges to be filed or not. Without them, nothing can be ruled out.

Mr. Sampson indicates if Obama is shown not to be a citizen, he should be arrested and deported and until all records are released nobody can know for sure if he is or is not a U.S. Citizen.

Taitz shows records for Barry Sotoro aka Barack Obama, showing he resides in Hawaii and in Indonesia at the same time.

Taitz takes the stand herself.

Testifies that records indicate Obama records have been altered and he is hiding his identity and citizenship.

Taitz leave the stand to make her closing arguments.

Taitz states that Obama should be found, because of the evidence presented, ineligible to serve as President.

And with that, the judge closes the hearing.

What can we take away from this?

It’s interesting.

Now, all of this has finally been entered OFFICIALLY into court records.

One huge question is now more than ever before, unanswered.

WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY?

Without his attorney present, Obama’s identity, his Social Security number, his citizenship status, and his past are all OFFICIALLY in question.

One thing to which there seems no doubt. He does NOT qualify, under the definition of Natural Born Citizen” provided by SCOTUS opinions, to be eligible to serve as President.

What will the judge decide? That is yet to be known, but it seems nearly impossible to believe, without counter testimony or evidence, because Obama and his attorney chose not to participate, that Obama will be allowed on the Georgia ballot.

It also opens the door for such cases pending or to be brought in other states as well.

Obama is in it deep and the DNC has some…a LOT…of explaining to do unless they start looking for a new candidate for 2012.
